Abstract

International migration has become an important feature of globalization, creating increasingly multicultural societies across the world. While migration contributes to economic development and cultural diversity, it also raises questions regarding identity, social integration, and inclusion. This study investigates the experiences of migrants as they adapt to new cultural environments while maintaining connections to their heritage. Through interviews, policy analysis, and comparative case studies, the research examines language, education, employment, and community participation as key factors influencing successful integration. The findings indicate that inclusive public policies, intercultural dialogue, and equal access to opportunities strengthen social cohesion while preserving cultural diversity. The study concludes that effective integration requires cooperation between governments, communities, and migrants themselves.
