Abstract

The increasing adoption of remote and hybrid work arrangements has transformed workplace practices and employee lifestyles. This study examines how flexible working environments influence job satisfaction, productivity, work-life balance, and mental well-being. It investigates both the advantages of remote work, such as increased flexibility and reduced commuting time, and challenges including social isolation, work overload, and blurred personal boundaries. Using employee surveys and organizational case studies, the research evaluates the effectiveness of workplace policies supporting employee well-being. The findings suggest that organizations implementing flexible schedules, mental health support, and effective communication strategies experience higher employee satisfaction and improved organizational performance.
