The rapid expansion of electronic commerce has significantly changed consumer purchasing behavior across the world. This study examines the factors influencing online shopping decisions, including convenience, pricing, trust, product reviews, digital payment systems, and social media marketing. It also explores how demographic characteristics affect consumer preferences in digital marketplaces. Using survey data and statistical analysis, the research identifies key factors contributing to customer satisfaction and repeat purchasing behavior. The findings demonstrate that trust, secure payment systems, and personalized digital experiences strongly influence consumer decisions. The study provides recommendations for businesses seeking to improve customer engagement and long-term loyalty in competitive online markets.
