Abstract

Digital literacy has become an essential skill in modern society, influencing education, employment, communication, and civic participation. This study explores the role of digital literacy in promoting social inclusion among different demographic groups. It examines disparities in access to technology, internet connectivity, and digital skills among rural populations, older adults, and economically disadvantaged communities. Using survey data and policy analysis, the research evaluates initiatives aimed at improving digital competence and reducing technological inequality. The findings indicate that enhanced digital literacy contributes to better educational outcomes, increased employment opportunities, and greater participation in public life. The study recommends expanding digital education programs and improving access to affordable technology.
