Abstract

The expansion of digital technology has transformed education while exposing inequalities in technology access. It explores internet availability, digital literacy, and access to technological devices. Findings indicate that unequal digital access widens educational disparities and limits learning opportunities. The study recommends increased investment in digital infrastructure and affordable internet access.
