This study examines the socioeconomic implications of AI adoption across different industries and occupations. It evaluates the balance between technological innovation and workforce adaptation through policy analysis and labor market data. The findings indicate that while automation may replace certain jobs, it also creates demand for advanced digital, analytical, and creative skills. The study emphasizes the importance of lifelong learning, vocational training, and government-supported reskilling programs to ensure inclusive economic growth and workforce resilience.
