Abstract

Women's economic empowerment is essential for sustainable development and poverty reduction. This study examines the relationship between gender equality, education, employment opportunities, and financial independence among women in developing countries. It explores barriers such as discrimination, unequal wages, limited access to credit, and cultural norms. Using comparative policy analysis and socioeconomic indicators, the research identifies factors promoting inclusive economic growth. The findings indicate that education, legal reforms, and entrepreneurship programs significantly improve women's participation in the workforce. The study emphasizes the need for gender-responsive policies and equal access to resources.
