Social entrepreneurship combines business innovation with social objectives to address complex societal challenges. This study investigates the contribution of social enterprises to poverty reduction, employment generation, and community development. It examines successful social entrepreneurship initiatives operating in education, healthcare, environmental sustainability, and rural development. Through case study analysis and interviews with entrepreneurs, the research identifies the factors contributing to organizational success and long-term social impact. The findings suggest that social enterprises create sustainable solutions by combining financial sustainability with community participation. The study recommends stronger government support, access to funding, and entrepreneurship education to encourage social innovation.
