Funding for healthcare and environmental protection serves as essential mechanisms to mitigate the health effects produced by the chemical industry on various demographic groups. The economic growth of the chemical industry poses significant ecological risks, resulting in the contamination of air, water, and soil, leading to chronic health issues, respiratory ailments, and enduring environmental damage. Industrial pollutants released into the environment create accumulated chemicals that harm ecosystems and human health, disturb biodiversity, and adversely affect agricultural productivity. Individuals living near industrial areas have increased chances of developing respiratory ailments, waterborne infections, and chronic health issues. The research article examines the interaction between public financing and regulatory frameworks about health outcomes based on sustainability criteria. The article assesses existing policies, identifies deficiencies in the system, and then proposes alternatives that integrate industrial growth with public health protection. Public investments in pollution control apparatus, healthcare infrastructure, and environmental monitoring instruments mitigate the detrimental impacts of industrial pollution. National policies require international norms and agreements to inform them while implementing sustainable practices. Research indicates that corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and environmentally sustainable business practices mitigate industrial hazards while combating pollution. Active public involvement and increased community engagement are crucial, since informed citizens may advocate for more stringent environmental legislation and monitor environmental conditions. This research investigates several factors to provide complete insights into optimizing public financial expenditures for achieving ecological sustainability and industrial advancement in the future.
